With a background in Hospitality and Restaurant Management from Humber College, Alex spent over a decade in the service industry, where attention to detail, relationship-building, and delivering exceptional experiences were non-negotiable. He later transitioned into the corporate food and beverage sector and briefly worked as a Pension Analyst—further sharpening his analytical mindset, financial awareness, and strategic thinking.
